At Nomad, we are committed to offering you a simple, fast and enjoyable shopping experience.
This policy explains our delivery terms in Quebec and Canada.

⏱️2) Processing times

All orders are prepared within:

  • 48 to 72 working hours (depending on e.g., weekend, holidays, public holiday)

(Except weekends and public holidays.)

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipping details.


📦3) Normal delivery times

Quebec

  • 2 to 7 business days (may take up to 12 days)

Other Canadian provinces

  • 3 to 10 business days (may take up to 15 days)

These delays may vary depending on the period (high season, weather, carriers).


💰4) Shipping costs

  • Free deliveryin Quebec on orders over $75purchaseamount
  • Fixed fee in Quebec: 9.95$(if order < 75$)
  • Fixed fees in Ontario 9.95 $(if order < 75$)
  • Fixed fees Other provinces in Canada 22.95 $(if order < 75$)

For other provinces, fees are calculated automatically at the time of payment based on the address and carrier.

Deliveries are made by reliable partners, such as:

  • Canada Post
  • Purolator
  • UPS(depending on the region)

Depending on your location, Nomad selects the fastest and most efficient carrier.


📍6) Incorrect or incomplete address

Please ensure that:

  • Your address is correct.
  • The apartment number is indicated.
  • The postal code is correct.

In case of an incorrect or insufficient address, the package may be returned to us.
Reshipping feesmaythen apply and be reapplied.


📦7) Lost, stolen or damaged package

If your order appears to be:

  • lost,
  • damaged, or
  • delivered even though you haven't received it

  • the tracking number
  • Photos (if the package is damaged)

We open a case with the carrier and find a fair solution (replacement or other depending on the situation).

Returns are processed according to our Exchange and Refund Policy.
In case of a defect or error on our part, the return costs are covered.
