By accessing our site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Delivery and Returns Policies.

Nomad is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, strikes, peak periods, or address errors provided by the customer.

Full terms and conditions are set out in our Exchange and Refund Policy .

Summary :

  • No exchanges (except for manufacturing defects within 30 days).
  • No refunds during promotional periods.
  • Replacements are possible in case of a confirmed defect.
