🏖️ 1. Do your towels really repel sand?

Yes! Thanks to the suede microfiber used, sand hardly sticks .
Just shake the towel lightly and the sand will fall off.
It's perfect for the beach, travel, and outdoor days.

💨 2. Do the towels dry quickly?

Absolutely.
Our suede microfiber towels dry faster than traditional cotton towels.
They also remain odor-free , even after multiple uses.

📏 3. What are the dimensions of Nomad towels?

All our towels are 80×190 cm .
This is larger than most microfiber towels on the market, ideal for comfortable lounging and for taller individuals.

🎒 4. Is a matching pouch included?

Yes!
Each Nomad towel comes with a pouch matching the exact pattern of your towel.
It's not a generic black pouch — it's an accessory designed to be beautiful, practical, and compact.

🧼 5. How do I wash my Nomad towel?

To preserve the softness and performance of the microfiber:

  • Wash in cold water
  • Do not use fabric softener
  • Dry in air or at low temperature
  • Do not iron

Your towels will stay beautiful for a long time 💛

📦 6. What are the delivery times?

  • Quebec : 3 to 7 business days
  • Canada : 5 to 12 business days

Orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours (excluding holidays and weekends).

🔄 7. Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Our conditions are simple:

  • Exchangeable if manufacturing defect reported within 15 days. ( See our return policy )

🛍️ 8. What if I receive a defective item?

Contact us within 15 days with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the problem
  • photos of the product

If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with a free replacement .

🚚 9. What if my package arrives damaged or does not arrive?

Write to us quickly with:

  • order number
  • tracking number
  • photos (if damaged)

We will open a case with the carrier and find you a solution.
