ποΈ 1. Are your towels really sand-proof?
Yes! Thanks to the suede microfiber used, the sand hardly sticks.
Simply shake the towel lightly and the sand will fall off.
It's perfect for the beach, travel, and days spent outdoors.
π¨ 2. Do the towels dry quickly?
Absolutely.
Our microfiber suede towels dry 2 to 3 times fasterthan a traditional cotton towel.
They also remain odor-resistant, even after several uses.
π 3. What are the dimensions of Nomad towels?
All our towels are in XL size 80Γ190 cm.
It is larger than the majority of microfiber towels on the market, ideal for comfortably lying down and for tall people.
π 4. Is a matching pouch included?
Yes !
Each Nomad towel comes with a matching pouch that matches the exact patternof your towel.
This is not a generic black pouch β it's an accessory designed to be beautiful, practical, and compact.
π§Ό 5. How do I wash my Nomad towel?
To preserve the softness and performance of the microfiber:
- Wash in cold water
- Without fabric softener
- Airdryor dry at low temperature
- Do not iron
Your towels will stay beautiful for a long time π
π¦ 6. What are the delivery times?
- Quebec: 3 to 7 business days
- Canada: 5 to 12 business days
Orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours(excluding holidays and weekends).
π 7. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Our conditions are simple:
- No exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defectreported within 30 days. (See our return policy)
- No refundsduring promotional periods and holidays.

ποΈ 8. What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Contact us within 30 dayswith:
- your order number
- a description of the problem
- photos of the product
If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with the replacement free of charge.
π 9. What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered?
Write to us quickly with:
- order number
- tracking number
- photos (if damaged)
We open a case with the carrier and find a solution for you.
